Lay figures

Lay figures were mannequins used discreetly by many artists in the past. Silent and still they could be dressed and positioned to represent anyone of importance with the final portrait superimposed .

This is an opportunity to draw or paint these two hundred year old lay figures . As historical items of rarity within the art world this workshop will give you an insight to the artists workshop of previous centuries.
